Mike Grgich Celebrates 50 Years of Winemaking in Napa Valley When Mike Grgich stepped off a Greyhound bus in Napa Valley’s St. Helena on August 15, 1958 he carried two cardboard suitcases that held everything he owned. While he was alone in a new country, he was excited to finally achieve his dream of becoming a winemaker in California. 2008 marks the 50th vintage for one of Napa Valley’s winemaking icons: Miljenko (Mike) Grgich. full article |

Pianist, Lawrence Holmefjord-Sarabi Lawrence Holmefjord-Sarabi, the featured pianist of a recent recital at the Raven’s Theatre benefiting the Healdsburg Boys and Girls Club, has been an active Club Member since 1998. He volunteers his time each week to help tutor younger Club Members, willingly lends a hand wherever needed throughout the Club and often performs for an enthralled audience of younger children in the creative arts room. full article |
